A single indicator for the health of your IT infrastructure
Monthly IT Support Update – June 2017
Firstly let me say thank you to those who responded to last month’s email. I really appreciate the feedback and will do my best to include all your recommendations in the future.
One of the recommendations was to have a really easy to understand gauge of how well your IT systems are working. Obviously, the current monthly reports include this, but you do have to trawl through multiple documents and pages to find it.
We are working towards a fully integrated web portal where all this information can be seen in a single glance, this is still a work in progress, so until then I thought I’d include a simple green, yellow, red traffic light at the top of your monthly summary email.
I’d still recommend that you read the full reports, but if you’re really busy this will give you some indicator of your IT health for the month. There is one light for IT infrastructure and one light for helpdesk stats.
Green means all is well, yellow means there is room for improvement, and red means there’s a problem. For further insight into your IT statistics, please refer to your standard monthly reports and feel free let me know if you have any queries regarding their content.
