Monthly IT Support Update – July 2016
Welcome to the new financial year, hopefully, it was a good one and the coming one will be even more prosperous.
Over the last few months, a commonly asked question has been whether we take credit card payments. The feedback has been taken on board and we can now accept these payments, either for CapEx purchases or recurring OpEx transactions. We’ll look to develop a payment portal where you will be able to manage your own payments, however, for now, please call us and we can put them through our secure gateway over the phone. Some things to note:
- There is a 2.6% surcharge for all cards and transactions. This the merchant fee we are charged.
- We accept all cards; AMEX, Diners, MasterCard and Visa. My last monthly update contained a link to a business survey, the response to which was slightly underwhelming. I know surveys can seem like a waste of time but they are actually quite useful for providing specific feedback. We’re really keen to hear your business plans for the year ahead, I promise this will be the last time you will hear me hassling you about this (for six months at least). To make it easier we’ve streamlined the questionnaire. If you could take just a couple of minutes to complete it I’ll be ecstatic. I’m not even exaggerating here!
