Monthly IT Support Update – December 2017
Firstly, just a reminder of our reduced hours over the break – they are as follows:
Friday 22nd December – Early close @ 1:00 PM
25th and 26th December – Office closed
27th to 29th December – Reduced hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Monday 1st January – Office closed
Tuesday 2nd January – Reduced hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Wednesday 3rd January – Normal office hours resume
If you have specific after-hours requirements during our closing times that we have not already spoken about or have yet to provide me with your business closing hours for our roster, please get in touch this week so any changes can be locked in.
Secondly, it’s time again for our 2 annual IT business surveys. If you’ve not seen this before, it only takes a few minutes to fill out and really helps us make more useful recommendations for your business’ IT needs in the coming year.
The second survey will go out to all staff in our helpdesk ticketing system. It is a one question NPS survey with the option of adding further comments if you choose to. That will be sent out in the next week.
