24/7 monitoring of services

Once the environment is set up, we will install our monitoring software on the server and PCs.  This program crawls the network and creates an inventory of all the hardware and the software installed on them.  It will also keep an eye on key services and resources on the server such as disk space, CPU usage and the Event Log just to name a few.

Monthly reporting and meeting

As part of our service, we also provide a monthly face to face meeting with the manager or key tech contact at your business.

During the meeting, we raise any spending that is upcoming, any alerts that haven’t been addressed and any new concepts or ideas that should be implemented.

With each meeting, there is a Monthly IT Review Report which is colour coded.  With a glance of the eye, the key IT areas that need attention can be addressed.

These meetings and reports set Intuitive IT apart as you don’t work with an Account Manager – you have an IT Manager.

Warranty management

PC, server and network device warranties are crucial in a stable IT network.  We’ll have alerting and monitoring setup to ensure we are made aware when your hardware warranty is ending.  This will help us make the right call on what we do next with that hardware.

Included in your fee* is yearly testing where we restore your systems from a backup using the documentation.  Documentation is adjusted where required and the test is timed to give an accurate recovery time.

Every DR solution we implement comes with detailed documentation including key contacts, procedures and software.  The detail ensures that any IT professional can restore your system in an emergency.
