Zoom Phone Quick Help (FAQ)

It depends on the complexity of your setup but preplanning is normally a week. The configuration and testing process takes approximately 2 weeks. The one area we have no control over is porting of the numbers. This can take from 1 week to 8 weeks

No. You can start using the new system once it is set up. We can forward numbers from your old phone system to Zoom Phone while the porting takes place. The one thing you can't do is have your caller ID set up with your existing numbers until the porting is complete.

We can migrate you from any kind of phone system. A plain old telephone system (POTS), a PABX, a VoIP PBX or any other kind of phone system

Again that depends on your current situation but as part of the planning phase, we will audit your current system and your requirements and make a recommendation.

Zoom Phone doesn't support fax services in Australia. However, we can set you up with an Email-to-Fax service instead.

Yes you can. The following handset providers will work with Zoom Phone. Yealink, Poly, Audiocodes, Cisco, Cyberdata and Algo
