Monthly IT Support Update - January 2018
Welcome to 2018! I hope that the break was pleasant for you all and that if you’re back that things aren’t immediately hectic!
Thank you to all who filled out the annual surveys - both the long form and single answer versions had plenty of responses this year, which made my little IT heart skip a beat!
The single answer NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey is designed to give us feedback about the how satisfied you, our clients, are and this year we’re really happy because you are! The results of this years survey put us with an NPS of 81, up from our 77 last year. According to NPSBenchmarks.com the average in the technology industry is 56, so we’re well ahead of the pack, and every year our aim is to improve even more. Your comments were also really positive, so thank you again.
