For Intuitive IT, the biggest issue we face is the loss of 'bants'. Bants is short for banter, and I could comfortably say that what our in-house culture is built on.
So to combat this in our new found situation we've implemented some changes to make sure we don't lose too much of this comradery during our imposed lockdown.

The results of our latest NPS survey are out. We are very pleased to announce that our score this year is an excellent 70!
Thank you to all who filled out the annual surveys - both the long form and single answer queries had some great information and excellent feedback and I’m really proud that the vast majority of the staff we support (75%) rated us either a 9 or 10 out of 10.
It has been a very big year for Intuitive IT.
On the Managed Services side, we've had more cases logged than ever and on the Dev side, the number of projects we've worked on increased on last year and we've built many internal tools like scripts and dashboards to provide better reporting on your systems and security
