Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are a passionate team looking for a driven person who loves to make relationships and talking about technology. This is a role that will help us grow our client base systems by creating relationships and generating new qualified leads. You will gain invaluable experience across a range of technologies and sales methodologies and enjoy working in a fun but focused environment. You will need to be someone who enjoys solving problems, have excellent attention to detail, has the ability to think laterally and work fast, and gets satisfaction from seeing tasks through to completion. 

The key points for this role are:

  • Grow the company’s number of new business closed by generating new qualified leads

  • Identify, qualify, sort, and track leads

  • Complete a minimum of 60 outbound prospecting calls a day

  • Research and document contact information for existing leads and keep contact information updated

  • Use the CRM to ensure activities are documented, opportunities are forecasted, and adequate information about the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated

  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities

  • A want to sell technology solutions to IT Managers, Director and C-Level executives at SMBs 

  • Strong computer/technology interest is required

  • A customer service orientation that includes a genuine desire to help our clients and prospects

  • Excellent follow-up skills

  • Lots of initiative and the ability to act independently to create solutions and resolve problems.

Experience in a similar position is advantageous but not required. What is a must is initiative and enthusiasm! How far you go depends on your willingness to apply yourself.
